Entertainment: GK-style

Throughout our history, mankind has found a delicious thrill in being frightened – just a little. That heart-shaking suspense, the sense of something shocking just around the corner... it's no wonder that the horror, fantasy and mystery genres are so popular. (Mind you, there's horror and there's horror. Blood-soaked slashing with close-ups in technicolour isn't the sort of horror I mean.)

The reviews for films, books, games and music included here contain elements that will be likely to appeal to lovers of mystery, suspense, classic horror and fantasy – elements with which Gabriel Knight is, of course, saturated.
